Why do I get billed, even when my new web site is not visible?

Billing commences as of the date the hosting service is set up on Red Rook's servers. Your web site may not be visible at this stage for any of a number of reasons:

1. A domain name has not been registered.
2. A domain name has been registered but is still in the approval stages (and subject to the workflow of the relevant domain name registrar).
3. A domain name has been registered and approved, but has not been delegated to Red Rook's servers.
4. A domain name has been registered and delegated, but the changes to the delegation are yet to filter through the internet (which can take anywhere up to 24 hours, but normally occurs within 3-12 hours)
