What are Red Rook's standard Terms of Trade?

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Red Rook's standard Terms of Trade is payment in advance, for ALL services.

Red Rook accepts cash (or direct deposit), cheque, money order, Mastercard, Visa, or Bankcard.

Failure to pay for services by the due date may result in service suspension, with re-connection fees then payable, equivalent to the setup fees for the suspended services.

You may pay monthly, quarterly, or annually, although monthly payments must be made by credit card.

If paying quarterly or annually, invoices will be sent for subsequent hosting periods 30 days in advance, and for monthly arrangements, approximately 10 days in advance.
