If, within 30 days of opening an account, for any reason Red Rook fails to meet your expectations of customer service, we will happily refund any hosting monies already paid to us.
In the case where you've also purchased a domain name through Red Rook, we will not refund these amounts, but will ensure that you have the necessary username/password to move your web site elsewhere.
