If you are having problems receiving an email, or someone is having problems sending emails to you, the first thing you should check is the amount of disk space your webmail emails is using on the server. If you use Webmail and if you have not deleted any emails (including from "Trash") then you may have problems storing more emails above your allocated disk space amount for your hosted account. Generally speaking LARGE emails will cause this problem.
A sample error email message you may see is a as follows:

myname@mydomain.com
(reason: can't create (user) output file)

procmail: Quota exceeded while writing "/var/spool/mail/mypopname"
550 5.0.0 myname@mydomain.com ... Can't create output
