What speed connection to the Internet will my web page have?

The Red Rook Web Servers are located within state-of-the-art datacentres in Australia and the USA. As as example of the speed in Australia; from the Web Servers the connection is 100Mb Synchronous, Full Duplex to the backbone via a Cisco router. From there, a fibre-optic 155Mb link to the border router. The datacentres have redundant fibre-optic connections to diverse Tier 1 backbones (Optus, Telstra), and multiple fibre entrances for added redundancy. There is also fully redundant routing/switching equipment within the datacentre.

In other words, the connection is almost on the Internet backbone itself! This results in very FAST access for visitors to your web pages. Any delays would only occur if a problem arises with the major bandwidth carriers such as Optus or Telstra.
