Does Red Rook allow mass emails or SPAM?

No, definitely not!

Red Rook servers have been configured to NOT allow very large e-mails to be sent. In fact to send e-mail you should still use your current e-mail account that you have with your dialup ISP.

Red Rook does NOT allow spamming (the mass sending of unsolicited e-mail) as this creates unwanted traffic, unreasonable load on our servers and is generally frowned upon by the Internet community.

If you receive or are aware of SPAM originating from any of Red Rook's servers, it would be very much appreciated if you would forward the email with all header information to abuse@redrook.com.
