Can I still download emails to my computer if I use Webmail?

Yes. Emails viewed using Webmail remain on the Red Rook mail server until you either download them using your own email software, or you delete them. Emails deleted using Webmail are stored in the Trash folder and therefore use up your allocated email disk space. It is advisable to periodically empty the Trash folder in Webmail. Similarly, any emails "sent" using Webmail will be saved in the Sent folder. This folder will also periodically need to be emptied.

If you run out of email disk space, you may encounter an error message similar to the following:

Warning: write failed: Disk quota exceeded (122) in /var/www/squirrelmail/src/redirect.php on line 170
